Why information is used

Sending a form or clicking a contact link does not confirm an appointment, establish a diagnosis or guarantee treatment. Appointment enquiries, email and contact channels
Website appointment and contact enquiries are sent to Dr Keshri at drkeshriheartcare@gmail.com using BigRock hosting and email-delivery services and Google Gmail. These providers handle delivery, filtering and storage and may retain service copies and logs. Dr Keshri handles enquiries personally. BlueOcean provides website development support and may have technical administration access, but is not an authorised recipient of patient enquiries. Telephone and WhatsApp links open separate contact channels; WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy arrangements. Clicking a link does not establish that a call connected, a message arrived or an appointment was booked.
Cookies and Google Analytics: current and planned arrangements
The website currently contains a Google Analytics tag configured to collect website-usage information. The last verified implementation used the earlier Analytics destination; administration and access recovery remain unresolved. The owner-controlled destination has not been activated by this project. A prior-consent banner and on-site withdrawal control are planned but are not yet operational. Analytics may involve page and device information, cookie identifiers and usage events; this does not establish that a visitor is a patient. Analytics must not be used to identify patients or collect names, contact details, diagnoses, messages, medical records or other sensitive information. Cookie consent alone does not authorise sensitive health-related tracking, advertising or remarketing.
Embedded content and service providers
Some website components reference external services such as Google maps, fonts and CAPTCHA, Meta/Facebook content and Elfsight widgets. When your browser connects to an external service, that provider may receive technical information and use its own cookies or similar technologies. The services used depend on the page and feature. Not every external connection is Analytics or optional; security and appointment-related services require separate consideration.
Sharing and processing outside India
Service providers supporting website hosting, security, email and communications process information for the purposes described in this notice. Retention and security
We retain information submitted through website enquiry and appointment forms only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage related correspondence, and fulfil applicable legal or professional obligations.
Information that becomes part of a patient’s medical record is handled according to the separate retention requirements applicable to medical records.
No automatic deletion system is currently operational. Provider-held copies, backups, technical logs and privacy-request records may have separate retention arrangements. The enquiry-retention framework does not promise deletion of every such copy. We use authenticated email delivery and access-controlled website administration, but cannot guarantee complete security or end-to-end confidentiality of ordinary email.
Privacy requests and concerns
For a privacy request or grievance, contact Dr Vikas Kumar Keshri at drkeshriheartcare@gmail.com or the postal address above. You may request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern about processing. Available rights and responses depend on applicable law and the information involved. Explain your request without sending medical records or identity documents in the first email. Reasonable, proportionate identity verification may be needed. Dr Keshri handles requests personally according to applicable legal requirements. A lawful retention requirement or other justified limitation may prevent complete deletion; the reason and available next steps should be explained.
Choices and withdrawal
A bilingual cookie-choice control is planned but is not yet operational. Until it is independently verified and published, contact drkeshriheartcare@gmail.com about privacy choices. An email request does not itself technically disable a running Google tag, and browser controls may not stop every transmission. The planned design will allow optional Analytics to be rejected and consent later withdrawn without requiring Analytics for medical information or appointment enquiries.
Children and parents or guardians
This website includes paediatric cardiac-care information. A parent or guardian may make an enquiry about a child through the ordinary appointment or contact route. Provide only the information necessary for the enquiry; do not send medical records in an initial website message. This notice does not claim that an automated age or guardian-verification system is operating. Child-specific or health-related Analytics collection is not authorised by a general cookie choice.
Updates and effective date
Effective date: 2026-11-05. Changes in purposes, providers or consent choices will be reflected in an updated notice and, where required, renewed consent. The English and Hindi versions are intended to convey the same substance. Please report a discrepancy through the privacy contact.
